This Privacy Policy applies to the Genshin ATool applications (including desktop and mobile editions, collectively referred to as the “Application”) operated by BDStudio (“Service Provider”).
1. Information Collection & Usage
Section titled “1. Information Collection & Usage”The Application collects and processes only essential technical data necessary to maintain stability and troubleshoot defects:
- Diagnostic Information: Includes operating system version, device model, runtime status, and crash logs. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share personal information with unrelated third parties.
- Screen Capture Permissions (MediaProjection API): When the user explicitly initiates the on-screen analysis feature, the Application requests screen capture permissions solely to extract interface text in volatile device memory. This processing is executed entirely on-device; screen data is neither persistently stored nor transmitted to any remote servers or third parties.
- Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API): When the user initiates artifact scanning, the Application utilizes the AccessibilityService API solely to simulate touch and swipe gestures (
dispatchGesture) for navigating and flipping pages in the in-game inventory. The Application does not collect, record, store, or transmit any personal credentials, passwords, keystrokes, or sensitive on-screen data via this service.
2. Third-Party Services
Section titled “2. Third-Party Services”Depending on your device platform and application features, the Application may utilize the following third-party services where applicable:
- Advertising: In versions supporting advertising display, AdMob is utilized to deliver advertisements.
- Diagnostics: In versions supporting runtime diagnostics, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase are utilized to collect anonymized crash reports.
- Platform Infrastructure: In environments relying on platform frameworks, Google Play Services is utilized to ensure underlying interface functionality.
3. Data Retention & User Rights
Section titled “3. Data Retention & User Rights”- Local Data Control: The Service Provider does not operate remote servers to store personally identifiable user data. All configuration and calculation data remain on your local device and can be permanently deleted by clearing the application storage or uninstalling the Application.
- Third-Party Diagnostic Data: Operational and diagnostic logs processed by third-party services (such as Firebase) are aggregated and pseudonymized, without direct association to your personal identity.
- User Requests & Inquiries: If you have questions regarding data processing or wish to request deletion within technically feasible and identifiable scopes, please contact: [email protected]. Users may also reset their Advertising ID or opt out of interest-based analytics directly through their device system settings.
4. Children’s Privacy & Minors’ Protection
Section titled “4. Children’s Privacy & Minors’ Protection”The Service Provider implements reasonable procedural and technical safeguards to protect information. The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under 13 (or under 14 where required by local regulations).
